The meeting emphasized that it is crucial to closely monitor all links in the chain—operation, storage, transportation, and use—to solidly carry out the all-chain safety crackdown on fireworks and firecrackers. It was also stressed that a special working group should be formed to coordinate the backbone forces of relevant departments, clarify roles and task lists, improve internal operating mechanisms, and firmly assign responsibility at every level to comprehensively advance all crackdown tasks and provide solid organizational guarantees for the all-chain safety crackdown. A routine scheduling mechanism should be established to dynamically track the progress of the crackdown, compile work records, identify shortcomings and weaknesses, promptly report on progress, strengthen follow-up and supervision, and ensure the implementation of all crackdown measures. Furthermore, an interdepartmental collaborative mechanism should be soundly established to conduct regular consultations and research, focus on bottlenecks and difficult issues during the crackdown process, exchange information, build consensus, research targeted countermeasures, and collaboratively resolve prominent hidden dangers to effectively enhance the crackdown results and build a solid defense line for fireworks and firecrackers.
