Shangli County Jinyuan Fireworks Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002, with its predecessor being Shangli County Jinyuan Export Fireworks Factory. Today the group operates two production plants (Zhangfang Fireworks Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Qiaotang Export Fireworks Factory), Shangli County Jinyuan Trading Co., Ltd., Shangli County Jinyuan Artistic Fireworks Display Co., Ltd., the Jinyuan Fireworks operations headquarters at the Fireworks World Trade Center, plus supporting facilities including Pingxiang Aokai Packaging Co., Ltd. and the Jinyuan fuse factory. The plants cover approximately 1,200 mu (about 800,000 ㎡) with a 15,000 ㎡ standard finished-product warehouse, making Jinyuan a group-based, diversified and comprehensive fireworks enterprise integrating production, sales, R&D and professional displays, and a designated above-scale enterprise of Shangli County. The company mainly produces firecrackers, compound fireworks and toy fireworks for children, with a sales network covering 23 provinces and cities in China, annual output value exceeding 300 million RMB and cumulative investment of 200 million RMB. It now holds 28 registered trademarks, 14 trademarks under preliminary review and 8 invention patents; its Jinyuan and Jinyuyuan brands have long enjoyed strong market recognition. In line with the national fireworks industry consolidation initiative, the company has rolled out ERP digital management across all operations, advanced mechanization, automation, modernization and branding, completed fully automated production lines for the molded-fireworks zone and upgraded both rotary and gerb small-product lines, built supporting standardized processing workshops, established a drug testing laboratory per the "Four Haves and One Big" requirements for above-scale enterprises, improved risk monitoring and early-warning systems, and raised mechanized operation skills across the workforce to accelerate the transformation into a modern fireworks factory. In 2022 the company was rated a Class-A enterprise of the Shangli fireworks industry, a "Four Haves and One Big" transformation-leading enterprise, a work-safety trusted unit, a quality-famous enterprise and a "deeply loved by consumers" product.
