1. About Our Services
This website is operated by Jinyuan Fireworks to present our company profile, fireworks products, OEM/ODM customisation capabilities, fireworks display engineering services and corporate news, and to provide an online enquiry channel for customers. Content on this website is for general information only and does not constitute a legally binding offer.
2. Enquiries and Orders
- An enquiry submitted through this website reflects business intent only. Final quotation, specifications, quantities, delivery times and all other transaction terms are subject to the confirmed Proforma Invoice (PI) or a formal written contract signed by both parties;
- An order becomes effective only upon our written confirmation; unconfirmed enquiry content creates no contractual obligation;
- You warrant that the contact information you submit is true, accurate and complete, and that you have the legal capacity and qualifications to transact.
3. Prices and Payment
- Prices shown on the website (if any) are indicative only; actual prices are subject to the written quotation or PI and may be adjusted with raw material costs, exchange rates, order quantities and international market conditions;
- Payment methods, currency, schedule and account details are governed by the PI;
- We may suspend performance if payments are not made as agreed.
4. Delivery and Shipping
- Fireworks are dangerous goods; transport must comply with UN dangerous goods regulations and the laws of the ports and countries of departure and destination;
- Delivery terms and Incoterms (e.g. FOB, CIF) follow the version stipulated in the PI;
- We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force majeure (including extreme weather, port controls, government bans or public safety incidents), provided we notify you promptly and seek solutions in good faith.
5. Product Compliance and Safety
Fireworks are flammable and explosive dangerous goods. When purchasing, storing, transporting or displaying our products, you must strictly comply with the laws of the destination country and the safety warnings and instructions on product labels. You are responsible for confirming that the products you purchase meet the licensing, classification, labelling and transport requirements of the importing country; we may, upon request, provide reasonable assistance and documentation.
