To promote the effective implementation of regulations and standards related to the safe production of fireworks and firecrackers, and to promote the high-quality development of the industry, the China Fireworks and Firecrackers Association plans to hold a training course in Guining, Nanning, Guangxi Province in the late November. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. Principal persons in charge, technical persons in charge, and dedicated safety management personnel of fireworks and firecracker production and operation units;
2. Persons in charge and professional technical personnel of fireworks and firecracker engineering design, safety evaluation, testing and inspection, technical service agencies and units;
3. Professional technical personnel involved in safety review, completion acceptance, inspection guidance, etc., of fireworks and firecracker engineering projects;
4. Personnel related to fireworks and firecracker safety supervision.
1. Analysis of the current situation and development trends of the fireworks and firecracker industry;
2. Interpretation of the "Opinions on Further Strengthening the Full Chain Safety Supervision of Fireworks and Firecrackers" of the General Office of the State Council;
3. Interpretation of the newly revised safety and quality standards for fireworks and firecrackers, retail stores (points);

Interpretation of engineering project related standards such as fireworks and firecracker engineering design safety standards, engineering design safety review, and engineering completion acceptance specifications;
5. Interpretation of major safety accident hazard determination and safety production risk monitoring and early warning technology standards for fireworks and firecrackers;
6. Sharing of experiences and achievements from the association's organization of benchmark transformation and upgrading services for fireworks and firecracker enterprises with ministerial-level experts.
The training course schedule is attached.
1. Firm political stance, dedication to industry service, and sound professional ethics;
2. Diploma or above, or intermediate title or above, or holding certificates such as Registered Safety Engineer, Registered Fire Protection Engineer, Safety Assessor;
3. Continuous work in the fireworks and firecracker industry for 5 years or more, with a certain theoretical foundation and practical experience;
4. Principally, age should not exceed 60 years old, and must be in good health.
(I) Training Time: November 24th, 2nd and 5th, report on the afternoon of the 23rd;
(II) Training Location: Red Forest Grand Hotel, Nanning, Guangxi (Address: No. 129, Minzu Avenue, Qingxiu District, Nanning City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region).
1. Online pre-study. After completing the online application, participants need to log into the association's "Data Center" to complete the online learning of the designated courses.
2. Offline intensive training. The offline intensive training lasts for 2 days and focuses on systematic learning of topics such as national safety production policies, engineering projects, safety and quality, major hazard determination, retail store (point) safety, and early warning system construction.
3. Exchange and seminar discussion. During the training, specialized exchanges are organized to share practical experiences and discuss difficulties encountered in actual work.
(I) Training Fee: The training fee is 1800 yuan/person (including meals and materials during the training). Accommodation during the training is arranged centrally, and participants are responsible for their own expenses.
